Nick Baldwin
Managing Partner
Nick built up his experience in business and expertise in accounting and finance working with two of the big four firms of accountants both in the UK and Hong Kong. For the last 25 years he has been running his own consultancies and firms, advising a wide range of clients in different sectors. His approach is to draw alongside clients and tailor services directly to their needs. This involves getting to know the business in detail and, more importantly, the owners, management, and their goals and aspirations. Nick enjoys meeting a wide variety of people and learning what makes them tick.
Samuel Baldwin
Partner
Sam joined the family practice in 2021 and has a breadth of experience with real estate, hedge funds and institutional clients; providing direct and indirect tax advisory services, accounting, and statutory reporting solutions. He has worked with the most established funds & investment managers, family offices, and select start-ups. He has expertise across a breadth of products and asset classes including: real estate, private equity, equities, and swaps. Sam is a Chartered accountant and has also obtained his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses in the United States. Prior to joining Baldwin Scofield, Sam was a senior manager at Crestbridge having previously worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse in both London and New York.
